Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project and operational planning activities.
- Develop annual plans, action plans, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and overall company performance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support tender preparation, proposal development, and business expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
