Integration: Seamlessly integrated with prominent help-desk products such as ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Spiceworks, providing IT admins with a transparent view of data across various platforms.
Device Management: Managed endpoints including Windows, Mac, and Linux servers and workstations through Desktop Central.
OpManager with NCM: Monitored network device availability and configuration changes, and updated routers with configlets.
Service Management: Included managing services, software installation, registry manipulation, and setting security policies.
OS Deployment: Implemented the OS deployment feature to facilitate the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using customized deployment templates and flexible boot options.
Central Security: Enhanced security through USB device management, browser security, and application control.
