BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Project Admin Officer who has proven experience in administering projects from initiation to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate project activities from start-up to final closure.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Support planning, budgeting, procurement follow-up, and logistics coordination.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Facilitate project handover and proper documentation archiving.
Administer all employees at project.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in project administration from scratch to closure (Experience in construction is mandatory).
Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
