Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in technology or construction sectors.

Job Summary 

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contract agreements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, project equipment, and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assess purchasing needs and manage inventory.
  • Experience with ERP related systems is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement laws and international procurement practices.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage.
