BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer, who will also handle key business development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project and operational planning activities.
Develop annual plans, action plans, and performance monitoring frameworks.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, and overall company performance.
Prepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards.
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Support tender preparation, proposal development, and business expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in planning, monitoring, and/or business development roles.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience in KPI development and performance management systems.
Good understanding of tendering and proposal preparation processes.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
