Qualification

Job Summary
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends for management decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with Attendance software and ERP related systems is an advantage.
