Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Job Summary 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends for management decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with Attendance software and ERP related systems is an advantage.
