Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing interior design and smart office construction projects.

Job Summary 

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of interior design and smart office construction projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for office spaces, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
• Ensure designs incorporate modern aesthetics, branding elements, and smart office technology (e.g., automated lighting, security access control, and structured cabling).
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details in collaboration with engineers and project managers.
• Select and specify high-end, cost-effective materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the project budget and BESYS Technologies’ standards.
• Oversee project execution to ensure that construction aligns with approved designs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of smart office components.
• Review and approve BOQs, procurement lists, and technical specifications for interior construction materials.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Stay updated with trends in office design, smart workspace technology, and sustainability standards.
• Strong expertise in workspace planning, commercial interiors, and technology-integrated design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainability practices.
• Experience in leading design teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
