BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking energetic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Officer to manage shop and showroom sales operations and customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all shop and showroom sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Promote company products and provide excellent customer service.
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM records for all customers and sales transactions.
Support marketing campaigns and product promotions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure proper product display, stock coordination, and showroom organization.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in retail, showroom, or shop sales.
Experience in managing CRM systems is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
