BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Export Manager, with strong expertise in coffee export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all export activities, particularly coffee export.
Handle export documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Manage LC processes, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.
Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers.
Monitor international market trends and pricing.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and quality standards.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years proven experience in export management, with strong experience in coffee export.
Solid knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, LC handling, and logistics.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of international market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
