Job Summary 

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents, emails, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning.
  • Assist in internal and external communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
