BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and competent applicants for the position of Documentation Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and maintain project and company documents.
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and archiving of records (hard and soft copies).
Control document versioning and distribution in line with company procedures.
Support project teams with timely document submission and follow-up.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and reporting requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in documentation or records management (preferably in ICT, telecom, or infrastructure projects).
Strong organizational and filing skills.
Good communication and reporting ability.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
