BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Head of Purchase, with proven experience in procurement for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire procurement function for construction projects.
Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize costs and efficiency.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budget, and construction project requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years proven experience in procurement, with strong experience in the construction sector.
Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and construction materials.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
