BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and competent applicants for the position of Senior Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.
Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deliverables.
Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and legal units.
Manage contract variations, amendments, claims, and correspondence.
Maintain proper documentation and contract records.


Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years proven experience in contract administration (preferably in construction, ICT, telecom, or infrastructure projects).
Strong knowledge of contract management principles and documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
