Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior works (gypsum ceiling, partitions, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).
Review and verify drawings and site measurements for payment certification.
Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports.
Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Participate in progress valuation, interim payment applications, and final account preparation.
Assist in tender documentation, rate analysis, and procurement planning.
Coordinate with the site engineer, design team, and project manager to ensure cost-effective execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost-related activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior construction or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and interior finishing details.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, etc.).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
