Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or above civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Experience:
8+ years out of this 3+ years of proven experience in project management for interior renovation and contraction or fit-out projects.
Skills:
Expertise in space planning, MEP coordination, and FF&E installation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera.
Knowledge of building codes, permits, and sustainability standards.
Budget control and subcontractor management.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution – Develop and manage project plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Material Procurement – Collaborate with designers to select and source materials meeting cost/quality standards.
Cost Control – Conduct quantity take-offs, support estimations, and monitor budgets.
Quality Assurance – Enforce quality standards and compliance with design/regulations.
Subcontractor Coordination – Oversee subcontractors for timely, quality execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as main contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
Site Supervision – Regular inspections to ensure progress and adherence to specs.
Documentation – Maintain schedules, reports, change orders, and budget records.
