Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and legal units.
  • Manage contract variations, amendments, claims, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation and contract records.

About You

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in contract administration (preferably in construction, ICT, telecom, or infrastructure projects)
  • Strong knowledge of contract management principles and documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • roficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
